Wlad gets too much stick for his fighting style and not enough credit for fighting the best in the division :good

I'm looking forward to this one

That's where Sauerland wants it to take place.

Correct. Sauerland wants it to take place in Russia, but I don't believe it will, as K2 can afford to offer a much higher purse bid than Sauerland can.

During the purse bid for the first time they were scheduled to fight Sauerland leaked to the media that they intended to bid around $10 million....but when the envelopes were opened, they had only bid around $8.1 million, K2 won with a $13 million bid.

"Heavyweight Wladimir Klitschko will step in the ring to defend his IBF title against mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin on September 11.
However, this will only happen if the boxers’ teams are able to agree on the venue of the fight
The Klitschko brothers’ promotion company, K2, insists on the German city of Frankfurt am Main, while Sauerland Event, which represents Povetkin, wants the bout to take place in the Russian capital, Moscow.

“Currently, I’m looking for a venue in Russia and preparing a letter of guarantee for the administration of Moscow’s Megasport arena, which has a capacity of 14,000, including 2,000 pit stalls. The only difficulty so far is that on September 10 the arena will host a Roxette concert, and a few days are needed to install our entourage. Therefore, we are ready to consider other dates, including September 18,” Aleksandr Khryunov, Povetkin’s manager, told Sportbox.ru.
As IBF mandatory challenger, Aleksandr Povetkin was to appear in the ring against Wladimir Klitschko on December 2008, but back then the fight was cancelled due to the Russian boxer injuring himself prior to the match.
The 30-year-old remains undefeated in his 19 professional bouts. He says he is prepared to face the champ at any moment, but there are specialists who doubt his readiness."

    Hey guys :smooch

Now Wladimir Klitschko's boxrec says that he not fight against Alexander Povetkin.
Maybe they plan that the fight would be in Russia or David Haye wants fight now against Wladimir Klitschko.

Haye seems to be too scared to fight so Wlad will make his mandatory.

    Great Champion, Wladimir Klitschko.

They took the fight off the boxrec schedule...
    I wonder what that means.
First those dicks come up with ridiculous "discrepancies on all 52 paragraphs of the contract" two and a half years ago.
Then they bring up the WADA bull****.
What is holding the fight back now, I wonder? The Moscow vs Frankfurt argument?
Pov's handers are making me sick...

Finally. Good fight to watch. It could be one of the toughest fights for Wlad since a few years
