I told you you would get NO victories, and I meant it.

Pavlik exposed Taylor, sure. But that doesn't mean that Taylor deserved to take any more punishment than he already had."

    You incorrectly said:

    "

, in an era of quicker stoppages. "Taylorites", whatever they are, had nothing to do with it."

Part of the idea being that those bitching about wanting a count only did so to 'respect' an undisputed champion. An absurd -- and dangerous -- thought on its face, as I discussed earlier. Taylor was out cold before he hit the floor, and needed immediate attention, not after some idiot like yourself gets to see him take the 10 count.

Anyhow, you foolishly asserted that the conversation was around a champ receiving a complimentary count. Unless, that is, you want to be on the record as someone who actually thought Taylor could have gotten up. Please tell me you're not in that group. Anyways, you were wrong, many DID think Taylor could have gotten up, and the ones making the most noise about Taylor beating a count that they did not consider complimentary were, in fact, Taylorites. That is, in this instance, Taylor fans who were pissed their fraudulent hero got exposed:

Two direct citations, idiot. There are more. But I made it plural so even your acorn-sized brain could understand. Stop while you're behind.

Trying to run "Jedi Mind Trick" games with me, or "Jedi Written Tricks" for that matter, is like trying to escape the gravitational pull of a black hole. You will lose, and the degree of humiliation for you will rise the more you struggle.

Never try to argue with someone who is smarter, has a better memory and is better-researched than you, sitiyzal. That is your lesson for the day. If you do, you will be embarrassed.

(For those who want to see more of this discussion on the inane comment sitiyzal made and my response to it, see post #87 on)

As far as my 'calling you names' as some proof of my being wrong, that's not going to hold up on the logic test. I'm calling you an idiot because you have repeatedly demonstrated you're an idiot, at least where I'm concerned. If you don't want me to call you such, shut up and stop making false claims directed my way. Your foolish 'proof' reminds me of white sportswriters writing about black athletes and saying junk like "You know TO has problems, that's why he's so arrogant and showy."

Ah, maybe Bob Ryan, or maybe he's just from a different cultural background than you. One where being openly self-promotional is a desirable quality.

In other words, your perspective on some universal standard of how people act when they know they're right and wrong means nothing. Just as "Bob Ryan's" take on TO's behavior means nothing. Stick to the facts, the ones you've been wrong on here, like your false, moronic, unconscionably stupid remark that all those who wanted a count for Taylor didn't think he was going to get up. And/or that the unconscious-before-he-hit-the-deck Taylor had any hope of getting up had Smoger counted.

You're a fool. Don't hate because I'm someone who is overwhelmingly capable of showing everybody just how dumb you are. Back away, relax as you say, and stop typing. Soon enough, your humiliation will subside and people will forget I exposed your idiocy for all to see.

Or keep typing, and make it worse. Whatever. It's your credibility and reputation, not mine. I don't have to rely on ESB for credibility, that's where the media citations come in. Oh, and on that score, I'm going on WSAU radio in Wisconsin tomorrow for another media appearance, to talk about my videos and the election. I'd ask them to have you on with me, sitiyzal, but I don't want to be laughed off the phone.

That's not what I meant, so stop repeating the 10 count garbage. Either you can't help yourself lying or you really are this dumb.

    I went on to say this;

"Traditionally world champions have always been given a count. Doesn't need a full count, the ref can wave it off if it's clear the fighter is out, even if it's after only a couple of seconds. It was academic with that fight."

The opportunity for Taylor to beat the count, nothing "complimentary". So yet again you lose via self inflicted defeat.

Smoger jumped in when Taylor went down. Personally I didn't have a problem with the stoppage, so you can stop lumping me with the odd whiner from the small minority you have sourced. With Taylor being trapped in the corner Smoger could've actually stopped it sooner.

The rest of your post was just a bizzare tangent of inane waffle. If you continue this I'm going to end up having to crush you like a bug. Is that what you subconciously want you emotionally damaged ****?

Then you're in with the "Could beat the count" thruthers. Either it was a complimentary count or it wasn't, you don't get it both ways. You have now said you thought he should be given a chance to beat the count. Which means you actually are saying -- on the record -- you think he had a chance to do that.

You are a total moron, worse than I thought. Visual evidence:

    This content is protected

Anyone who thinks Taylor has any chance to get up from that after the last twitch his body did before he fell down and then the complete collapse of his legs after the last blows is a total, unmitigated fool who should never have the opportunity to speak about when a fighter should get a count. It is people like you who would see Meldrick Taylor in a coma rather than have the fight stopped before Chavez lands one more blow.

Let's see what some other boxing experts think about Taylor's needing a count, a count YOU said would not have been complimentary, sitiyzal:

    Bert Sugar:

    Doug Fischer:

Both men's conclusions: No count necessary. Why? Because, as Smoger said to shut fools like you up, Taylor was done. There is no half-assing on this point. He was either out and could not get up or he had the chance to get up. The ref and these two men said he had no chance, as does the video tape. You going against that, sitiyzal? You don't get to choose both "yes" and "no." You are a 'beat the count' truther or you're not, idiot. Take your pick.

Either way, you're f*cked based on your previous comments. If you say Taylor could beat the count, you look like a fool based on the citations I just gave, what Taylor said after the fight and the visual evidence. If you say he could not have beaten the count, then you're a sadist who wanted a ceremonial count that keeps medical attention away from Taylor for precious seconds while the KO'd 'undisputed champion' gets a slow 10 count over his damaged body. Take your pick, Einstein.

    Not what you implied earlier:

Here, you're implicitly defending those who called for a count, either complimentary or not. If you had no problem with the stoppage, why are you taking up for ceremonial counts and 'beat-the-count' truthers? Is is because you are sympathetic to their cause?

And then you said in this last rant, quoted above:

Here you are presenting the 'opportunity' for Taylor to beat the count as a realistic option. As mentioned in the above citations, it was not a realistic scenario, as Taylor was KTFO. And so, not only are you going against your claim to be ok with the decision to stop the fight, the sadist in you -- the same kind of sadism that could have gotten Meldrick Taylor killed if people like you had their way -- is saying that we needed to count to 10 before Taylor gets any medical attention. You know, undisputed champion and all.

Taylor was unconscious before he hit the floor, and needed instant attention. Your inconceivably imecilic appeals to 'undisputed champion-ness' notwithstanding. This isn't a f*cking game, it's an unconscious man's life we're talking about here. Smoger knew that, while you, apparently, did not. And because of jackasses like you, Smoger later had to come out and defend himself for making sure Taylor got worked on by medical personnel as fast as possible.

    You next bloviated the following:

But you also said, after I clowned your sorry ass with multiple sources:

Wait a second, I thought I coudn't source what I claimed, right, dumbass? Oh, looks like poor widdle sitiyzal got his ass served and is trying to back off and retreat while trying to save face, after his sorry butt got PUNKED.

Dude, you're way out of your league with me. Anything you say or write can and will be used against you by me, a far smarter person and better debater than yourself. You try to conflate and have it both ways and I'll shred you like Paul Pierce did the Lakers D.

    Translation:

I don't understand what you wrote, and I hope others don't, either, because I know you siz-erved my ass good, I'm sure. Maybe I can pretend none of this ever happened.

Now I'll act like I made some point when I was, in actuality, destroyed after I foolishly attempted to play the dozens with a guy hopelessly beyond my own ken. Hopefully this bluff will convince some readers I didn't *gulp* get my ass handed to me on a platter by Paul.

Ah, unrepentant morons in their natural habitat. Gotta love this stuff.

Explain to the readers, sitiyzal, whether you thought Taylor could have gotten up or not. No half-assing -- you think he could have or you don't. Have a spine and make a definitive call, one way or the other. Yes, you're f*cked with me either way you go, but the readers still deserve to have you clarify yourself on this point you're trying to straddle.

Also let the readers know why you went from saying I couldn't source my claims -- after I had already proven you wrong -- to then trying to hedge into the "um, it's just a small group you sourced" territory? Because right now, the readers have seen me prove what I asserted repeatedly throughout this thread with all kinds of citations, and seen you retreat and be shown to be false in your claims. Why would they believe you anymore? How can they trust a clown such as yourself who seems to be straddling both sides of the "he should have gotten a count"/"I had no problem with the stoppage" fence.

Help us, sitiyzal. Help us understand what's going on in your pea-sized brain. We need your help.

Ba ha ha ha. It's so damn easy. Line 'em up, knock 'em down.

    NEXT!

Here's B-Hop before Pavlik exposed fraudulent Jermain T, speaking the truth:

    http://www.usatoday.com/printedition/sports/20070920/jermain20.art.htm

"Those 24 rounds he fought against me took about three or four years from Jermain Taylor's career," says Hopkins, who has since moved up to capture the light heavyweight title. "They threw him to the wolves before he was ready, like feeding meat to a baby before he can chew and his system wasn't ready to digest it.

"I might be biased, but I have nothing personal against Jermain. He's a good athlete, but as a fighter, the majority of the boxing community believes
    This content is protected
because the industry gave him a title
    ."

We sure did, Bernard, and DAMN we were glad when
    This content is protected
one year and one day ago. It was sweet vindication for all of us who knew the truth -- including the truth that you were robbed against JT -- and, even better, it punked HBO and ended the farcical 'reign' of one of the more flawed, protected fighters in the boxing world at the time.

Hoo-ra! Thank you, Kelly Pavlik. And Happy Anniversary!

I'll skip your irrelevent pointers regarding Taylorites as I've gone over that already. I'll spell this out once more so maybe you'll get my p.o.v. I THOUGHT THE STOPPAGE WAS FINE. I can't make that any clearer. & I 100% agree with the Chavez-Taylor stoppage. I've neither mentioned complimentary or ceremonial count. Your words fatty. Plenty of fighters have been out when they hit the floor, yes? The FULL 10 count is unnecessary in cases like Zale-Graziano 3 no doubt.

If you valued your own opinion so much you wouldn't feel the need to quote any tools from maxboxing or Sugar. Quotes from Smoger are enough.

Necessary or not, things like the full 10 counts, counting when a guy seems out etc are boxing tradition. The 'beat-the-count' truthers will always believe what they want. There's always a chance a guy will get up, no matter how small. (again, I agree with the stoppage).

As for saying you're out of my league, you're deluded. I've forgotten more about boxing than you'll ever know. I can flatten you mentally as well as physically. You're interpreting practically everything I post wrong. Either that or you're doing an incredibley poor job of twisting what I say. WHICH IS IT, FATTY?

You've said absolutely nothing. You still won't take a position, weaseling all the way. "I thought the stoppage was fine" is about as uncommitted a stance as one could take, kind of like telling a woman "I don't really think you look fat in that dress." Do you favor the stoppage or not? Did you want to see Taylor take a 10 count or not? Or should he have gotten immediate attention, as he did? Be a man and take a stand, stop being such a p*ssy about your opinions. You're pathetic.

I can beat you mentally, emotionally, physically, rhetorically, and any other way you can possibly imagine. You have no angle to pursue with me, none. Anyone who wants to see how fat I am can simply click on my MySpace link in my sig.

You didn't discuss how you went from saying I couldn't source my claims to backing off like a punk female canine. Why is that? Are you really going to leave me and the readers hanging like that, s? If you do, why would anyone ever take anything you say in the future seriously? You can just make blanket, false assumptions and then back off them when you feel like it? Is that the way to build confidence from your audience? How intellectually dishonest are you? Why are you saying I made things up that you said when I can simply go and pull the quotes, like this:

...at any time? Do you think people are so dumb and lazy on ESB that they can't go and look through your posts on this thread and find your foolish words for themselves? Who do you think you're kidding, actually? Why would ANYBODY believe you, after you've been shown to be wrong and to have made foolish claims just on this thread, as compared with me, who continues to pull citations repeatedly? How many sources have I used just on this thread? 10? 20?

    Readers, it's pretty simple:

Moron proven wrong who had to back off his own words in this thread

    vs

Guy proven right who has used a huge amount of sources to back up what he claimed on this thread.

We won't even get into education, intelligence, media credibility, etc. I don't want to pound sitiyzal's limp body after I rhetorically KO'd him. I'm not a sadist as he, apparently, may be.

If you want to run with the idiot herd and be forced to retreat from your own remarks, by all means you should read and listen to sitiyzal.

If, however, you want to be ahead of the game, use a ton of sources and have people say "Yep, that guy really knows his stuff," I'm your guy. Not everybody may like you, but you'll be right more often than they are, and that's how you earn respect. Unless you're still in high school, it's not about being popular, it's about being correct. That's where the real jack comes from.

This thread has pretty much reached its natural conclusion. The anniversary is over. sitiyzal and the rest of the infidels have been routed and sent scurrying. If you need any more guidance, readers, simply go through the pages here, examine each post, look at who made claims substantiated by their sources and who had to back off their false claims, and then make your decision about who is correct and who you want to listen to in the future. I've done as much as I can do here, and the rest is up to you. There will always be know-nothings like sitiyzal who will try to lead you astray. If you choose to listen to them, nobody can save you from your fate.

Peace, and I'm out with another "W."

    :thumbsup :good :thumbsup

I favour Smoger's stoppage, period. I'm just not as close minded & insecure as you. You've no chance of defeating me because you misunderstand everything. You simply aren't very bright, hence you're an incredibley poor shot. But do you really think I'm gonna waste my time refuting every single blunder the fatter half of the Villareal Douchebrothers makes?? Plus the moderators should know it's you that's pushing to be banned, not me.

As I said before the sitiyzal over pfv whitewash, you whined about Taylorites then posted a few single posts. If the odd **** are your Taylorites, then keep up the fight sister. Glad to know you're that ****ing pedantic. "huge amount" of sources for sure. LOL. I expected something more akin to the anti-Hatton brigade. You're flailing like a girl.....son, I OWN you.

Wow, I missed that. That is nuts!

Poor Manny, he said that Pavlik was going to be competitive with Taylor...for about a round. And then after Pavlik KTFO of Taylor, Manny got fired by Jermain. Yep, blame the manager. Just like what Glass Jaw Khan is trying to do now.

It's sad to see Manny shill for HBO. At least he told the truth during the Margo/Cotto fight. Made Lamps look like a clown, along with Kellerman doing the same thing to Jimbo.
