    9 seconds was left when Joe Cortez deducted a point.

    The fight started again Floyd and Ortiz hugged for 3-4 seconds.

    Floyd punches Ortiz twice and Ortiz goes down (another 3-4 seconds)

    Cortez manages to count to ten and not a bell to be heard.

    cortez was signaling to start the clock doesnt matter anyway bell cant save victor
