    If GGG is a star in his own right, then why is he not trying to make his own PPV. I see everybody talking great about him and all of his accomplishments, whatever that is, then K2 should be confident in selling their fighter, right?

    Even if he pulled in 300,000 buys that's pretty good and would match the numbers of the guys he is chasing like Canelo and Cotto. Maybe he wouldn't have to beg if he showed that he has his own fanbase and he can produce $$$.

    Other than that. He will be and old man who could have been a star if so and so did him a favor.

    OP has a point. How is it GGG will fight Willie Monroe while getting paid less than a 2 million dollar purse then act like he's too big for a Lara ( who I personally think he can beat) and Ward. Even you golovkin fans have to admit there's something wrong with that picture. Ward is understandable, I'll give fans that since you and I both know Ward kills GGG's career but Lara is easily the biggest name on his resume that he actually has a good chance of beating via robbery or KO. It gives the impression that GGG is indeed being milked for as long as his management can.

    He probably makes as much fighting 3 to 4 times a year on HBO as he would fighting twice a year on pay per view. He can't lure the big names to fight him in megafights that would make pay per view worth doing so he's just staying active to make up the difference. I think everybody who can't get a big pay per view fight ought to do that. His money comes out the same at the end of the day and he continues to build his fanbase who love how frequently he fights.

    While it is true that some people are avoiding GGG right now, that is not a good enough reason to not get a top opponent...even if it means going to a different weight class or giving up a bit of A-side status (i.e. money). He doesn't have much prime left so if you're as good as you say you are, then show us.

    It takes 2 to make a fight I don't see any 160 or even 154 ranked fighter seriously calling out GGG . Make him an serious offer If he passes then you can call him on it
