A few choice quotes from Froch's promoter, Eddie Hearn:

"We're talking about a great idea but there's a long way to go before this fight is made."

"It's all very well Groves saying he wants a rematch at any time but at what price? He also says he feels he deserves the lion's share of the purse but that ain't going to happen."

"HBO would love Carl to fight Andre Ward, Gennady Golokvin or Julio César Chávez Jr. They are all big fights on the world stage. And while Froch v Groves II is massive in British terms it is not globally."

Typical fast car bs, acting as Froch's yes-man. The British terms in which Froch Groves II is massive, is more massive economically than any global fight with Ward, GGG, et al.

Stamford Bridge would make more sense especially if both George Groves & Darren Baker are on the bill as they're both Chelsea Fc and you need the casuals to fill a football stadium. Wembley stadium is seriously optimistic though, it would need a huge undercard of 50/50 fights. I think only a Mayweather vs Khan fight could fill Wembley and even then im not sure.

Yeah, it is very ambitious to think they can get 90,000 people in for a rematch. However, what they could do is configure it to something like 45-60,000 or whatever.

But yeah, the Bridge would sell out. Probably get 40,000 people in there.

Eddie Hearn talking like he isn't Groves promoter aswel, if he carries on talking **** & backing his mate Froch I wouldn't be surprised if Groves pisses off to one of the big US promoters TR or GBP, they'd sign him up in a heartbeat.

I was wondering why they didn't use Wembley for the first fight seeing as 18,000 tickets sold out in 11 mins, and Wembley is 94,000

Froch easily loses to Ward, GGG and Chavez jr. His best shot is vs. Saint George, but I think he loses that one as well.

If they can find a referee who is neutral and neutral judges, Groves will knock Froch out in a rematch. Golovkin would knock Froch out. Ward will not fight anyone outside his home town with his referee and judges, etc..........

If the rematch was held at Stamford Bridge (home to Chelsea), the boos would be defeating for Froch. He was be better off fight groves in his kitchen.

I think the Emirates stadium would make more sense, if I'm honest. At 60,000, it'll more likely get filled and the atmosphere will be better as there'll be less empty seats.
