That fight was in Veit's back garden in Germany. That clip is misleading as the ref warned Veit if he didn't start punching he would stop the fight. :bbb:happy

The Manfredo stoppage was worse, Calzaghe just went on a slapping rampage, and all these ***zaghis see that as one of the greatest Knockouts of all time WTF.

Yeah you are right about it being in Germany, that was a bad stoppage in my opinion though.:yep

Calzaghe would have won anyway, but I could see why American fighters may see stuff like this and not want to go to Europe.:smoke

Especially Jones Jr, who was already victim of one of the worst home cooking jobs of all time, that robbed him from the highest amateur honor that he worked his whole life for.

By just browsing the last few pages of this thread, I see that in my absence Anglosaxon has pwned and mauled a whole fraternity of rojos single-handedly!

Stellar work indeed Anglosaxon. Making rojos look foolish with superior boxing knowledge, biting wit, and unimpeachable facts. Such resolute indefatigability is impossible to counter. :happy:happy:happy

I got Anglo once, he didn't even answer the post and moved on to something else.:yep

Maybe it was only because he got sidetracked, I can understand being a Super Star and all must be a very demanding life style, he can't get to everyone all the time.

Yeah man, I don't know how Anglo can find the time to balance between intense training and schooling ESB reprobates. But he manages nonetheless. Another feather in his cap. I can't wait until he decimates Andrew "Kid Thunder" Hartley. :bbb:bbb:happy:happy

WTF, Manfredo ate 30 combos and was left dead on his feet, he didn't even know where he was, he was delerious, perplexed and dumbfounded, the ref asked him at the end what his name was and he started talking in tongues and reciting the lords prayer.

If Manfredo wasn't stopped, then boxing may well have been banned, as Calzaghe brutalised him against the ropes and used his head as a speedball.

You're a barbaric bloodthirsty hooligan with no remorse for another humans well being.

I moton for this poster to be banned from ESB.

James Toney got smashed twice by a midget yet got a fight with RJJ, Collins was a champion and called that glass jawed idiot out for years, even saying eh'd fight him for free.

How many times does a champion put their belt on the line and offer the entire purse to the opposition, and did RJJ accept?

Of course he didn't, Collins would have out hustled him and beat him up.

    Rojo's exposed again.

Hartley and I will be screened on live video feed, I spoke to him last night and he confirmed he will have people with cams positioned around the ring giving a live feed, plus a camera man to capture the fight andupload to you tube.

He's rather like the Glen Johnson of the JMW's, he beat Zellenoff, has been weight drained a lot, but has heart and experience.

A gritty determined fighter, not a world beater, but neither was Johnson.
WTF you talking about, the shot to his ear knocked his equilibrium into next century, if you'd ever boxed, you'd understand the career threatening beating he was taking, why do you think his legs buickled so many times as he sunk to knee level?:patsch:patsch:dead
