    I intend on splitting them into groups of 20 eg top twenty, next twenty etc. Input, criticism needed and welcomed.

    I think Byrd should be tier 1.

    He was better than Povetkin, Witherspoon and Frazier. About even with Holyfield.

    Frazier was Chisora level, just tougher. Ali was a nice style match-up for him.

    Holyfield achieved more than Byrd, but Byrd was the better pure boxer and won the head to head. I rate them even.
