I think if they all got into the ring at the same time , brought bats with them and Jones was blind folded , then possibly , just possibly they would take Roy into the second round.

In all honesty i feel Froch's iron chin and will to win could be the making of him upsetting Roy. Admittedly it would be a big ask...a big ask. But with images of Jones getting KO'd in my head, i feel Froch would have a better chance than any.
Hindsight is a beautiful thing of course, and i will say that you really could'nt seeing anyone beating Roy in 96', let alone KOing him!

    nobody, nobody even Calzaghe.

    Watch Jones vs Pazienza.

Jones was 26 and Vinny was 32.

For me it's the best demonstration by a fighter in the history of boxing. Unbelivable.

Pazienza was very fast with a bid heart at that time and Jones dismantle him with an unseen fashion

Go on youtube and watch the fight.

The final knowdown in the round 6 his unreal

I'm not so sure bout Froch (admittedly I havnt seen much of him) but from what I have seen I picture another Lucas type beatdown. Froch would hav to hope for that big punch to land imo...

    96 Roy was unbeatable imo

I know I was joking , but I dont think any of today's 168's last the distance.

I have about 10 hours of roys fights , he was absolute magic.

GTFO and never come back. :patsch:patsch:patsch

Froch couldn't even decisively beat Dirrell, in Direll's first big fight in Froch's home town with the entire crowd cheering for Direll's blood. He upsets RJJ? Are you ****ing kidding me? Man this overrating of Froch is out of proportion now. I think I'm gonna join MichiganWarrior's Carl the Caveman Froch bandwagon until Froch gets exposed again and people go back to calling him a bum.

I agree mate. But if i had to pick any of the current crop then it would be Froch. Highly unlikely i know, but like i said with his determination and unbreakable fortitude then he is the only one i would pick.
Roy was something else at middle and super-middle.
