    Coming out of Starrett City Boxing Club, Brooklyn N.Y.

    I'm making this thread to make you all aware of this kid's skills. I started following him from 2005 I think, when he was clearing up the amatuer weights in NY and beyond.

    Now as an 8-0(8 KO's) (his debut was 8 months ago on the Hatton-Mayweather card).

    I was hoping to see him at the Beijing Olympics picking up a gold medal, which i'm certain he would have. Things didn't work out that way, but hey, at least we now get to watch this young technician in the pro circuit.

    If me being here in Scotland can appreciate this kid is destined for great things, then the Americans should realise it to.

    Nice kid as well.

    wow i didn't expect someone else would notice him. I saw him on the dlh undercard last may:yep thats only 1 round but he looks good..and with all his amateur achievements i think he has massive potential

    the only thing i don't like somehow is his crappy nick name "golden child", sounds like oscar's *****:lol:

    He was thee man at golden gloves level, so the nicknames understandable.

    The best prospect around MW and someone who's very serious about his career. Can't wait to see him step up in competition. I'm 100% on this train.

    I've benn following his career since the amtuers. He's a real talent. He's got a great combo of speed and power and skill. If he has the chin and heart he'll go very far.

    The highlights of the guy on the MSG-style Golden Gloves show are unreal. He'll do some damage if he's as good on this level as he was there.
