A 37 years old of shape Lewis (the way he fought Vitali) Vs Haye, who would have won?

Your version of reality is very altered.

First of all... Going for the knockout doesn't mean that you are in your prime. Lennox Lewis wasn't even close to being at his best in 1992. That's just silly. Hell, he used to trip over his own feet. Also, Lewis was falling into the ref as the ref reached the count of 10 when he fought against McCall. 3 seconds... are you serious? If you are stumbling into the ref when he is reaching 10... he is going to stop the fight. What is he supposed to do... hold Lewis up and steady him for a bit... then let them fight?

Lewis didn't know who Vitali was? You are showing your ignorance on boxing at the time with comments like that. There was no bigger question in the heavyweight division for about 2 years prior to that fight other than Lewis fighting against one of the Klitschkos. Steward admitted even then that he and Lewis had watched them ever since they turned pro.

Vitali was mentally prepared to fight Lewis for a year... BECAUSE LEWIS HAD BEEN DUCKING HIM FOR A YEAR AND VITALI WAS HIS MANDITORY! It isn't as if Vitali was in training camp for a year to fight Lewis. Vitali was only training for a 10 round fight against Boswell. Lewis was training for a 12 round fight against a top 10 opponent anyways.

Enough of the exuses and please.... PLEASE... do some research before you talk about things that you clearly weren't around to see for yourself.

Haye doesn't have the chin that Vitali had, if he gets hit by a big one from Lennox (like Vitali did) he gets KO'd. I don't see Lennox not landing a good shot at some point even if he is out of shape.

Vitali had to eat some real bombs to take the fight to Lewis something Haye could not do

Vitali pushed Lewis. he hit him a lot, clinched, made him work. Haye making Lewis play chase probably wouldnt tire Lennox anywhere near what Vitali's pounding away did

37 year old Lewis would beat the living **** out of Haye just like a 35 or 30 year old Lewis would. Age plays no role in this matchup because it's not a war of attrition.

It's a simple mismatch that ends in a decapitation.

A lewis jab would knock Haye out. And this is not being facetious or hyperbolic. Lewis, who was not that out of shape, was the perfect big man heavy with a great package of skills.

Haye is a great fighter in that he has been succesful at two weights, but lets be honest that his chin is not a heavyweight chin. Since he is not a classic boxer who could avoid the big right hands and uppercuts (and good left hooks) of Lewis, he really hasn't much chance here.
