A 48 year old Hopkins would clown Froch

No doubt Hopkins is more skilled but at this stage in his career im not sure he could cope with Froch's workrate, punch output and pressure, think it would be a tight points loss for BHOP at this point.

Froch will fight whichever fight will make the most money a Ward rematch or Kessler III would probably bring in more than Froch Hopkins.

If ward says yes to a fight in the UK I think that fight will be made.

Ward has nowhere else to go for a pay check.

 

Froch and his handlers would be idiots to fight Hopkins. Hopkins would win a very boring fight. He is way too slow and stiff to beat Hopkins. His only chance is a wild shot. Did u see Kessler turn Froch numerous times?

 

No, Hopkins always sells big when he has a name a opponent and with GBP backing him i'm sure they'd be able to offer Froch a lot of money more then he'd get for Ward or Kessler 3. All that said I don't really want to see the fight.

 

Yes. And Hopkin's styke is so wrong for Froch. Froch has no chance outside of a lucky punch. Hopkins would control this fight with his footwork. Easy work.

True. Hopkins is a much bigger name than Ward and a living legend. It has to be Ward/Hopkins. Groves dont deserves such a big fight.

 

I hope for Froch's sake, he doesn't buy the Hopkins kit. It's guaranteed to expose his limitations and derail his impressive run.

At this point in Bernard's career it would be competitive. Hopkins style is all wrong for Froch but Hopkins has declined enough to allow Froch to have some success.

I was personally not impressed with Hopkins performance against Cloud and Froch is better then the likes of Cloud, Pavlik and Pascal. A few years ago Froch would have been lucky to win more than 3 rounds, this Hopkins won't school Froch but still has too much and the right style to leave Froch a step behind and hitting nothing but air for long periods.
