A Better Win than Pac - Barrera

Let me enlighten some of the dumb azz fans on this forum. Always with Pac you bring up beating Barrera as if that is some irrefutable stamp of greatness. You know what I consider a greater, better, more groundbreaking win than Barrera? Floyd over Genaro Hernandez!

Question for you who doubt this statement. Was Barrera undefeated when he fought Pacquiao? Did Barrera not lose twice to Junior Jones and Eric Morales prior to losing to Pac? Barrera, who you rate so highly, had already been exposed as slow, flat footed, 100% Mexican style come forward predictable fighter. Barrera was not even the best in his own weight class much less the best in his era!!

Genaro Hernandez on the other hand was undefeated at Super Featherweight, his only loss was when he moved up in weight to challenge the then prime Oscar De La Hoya. Though he loss that fight he was still a dominant champion, undefeated in his weight class, and already a lock for the Hall of Fame in many boxing writers opinion.

Floyd, then an unknown to most boxing fans, (just like manny when he fought MAB) challenged Hernandez and destroyed him for 8 rounds till he quit on his stool! This is 1998 for those of you who dont know! Which I assume is the majority of you!

Now which one of you turds is going to insult Hernandez by claiming MAB is better than him? If you think so you'd be wrong. Genaro unlike MAB was a complete boxer who actually could use his height, range, distance, jab, footwork, defense, and movement. A much better "boxer" than Barrera ever was!

Now which turd is going to say Genaro was pass prime when he loss to Floyd? Oh really, 30 years old is pass prime!! Maybe for a fighter like Fernando Vargas who took one azz beating after another but as I have already stated, Genaro was undefeated outside of one loss ODLH! One loss dont make you pass prime! In contrast Floyd was only 21 years old, younger and with fewer fights and experience than Canelo who you have argued was too green to face Floyd!!

So what have I just exposed, the b@tch azz double standards by which many of you operate! Cant stand you fake azz fans!! No fighter in this era has done anything close to what Floyd has done, no one has accomplished what he has. Champion at 21 and still champion at 38, undefeated and has fought nothing but elite fighters and champions since beating Hernandez in 1998! Show some respect and recognize the facts the next time you think to write some stupid azz thread questioning his greatness!!

 

The thread is about Mayweather - Hernandez, you watch that? I doubt you have, when you start watching boxing, 2005 like the rest of the ****s?

 

Thats right, I consider Hernandez better than Barrera, and I'm not even going to bother explaining why. If you actually know any damn thing about boxing then you already know why

 

I'd take Hernandez over MAB any day of the week, he would beat MAB easy

 

MAB loss to Morales, Marquez, and Pacquiao, he must not be as good as you think he is

 

It would easily be the best win for most fighters but Floyd's career is so impressive it is just one of many great wins

 

MAB is all they got to hang there hat on, what they hope is that we dont know better. That we haven't been following boxing any longer than they have. Barrera is the extent of their boxing memory. They dont know about nothing that predates Pacquiao - Barrera, that is their introduction to boxing so its nostalgia for them.

 

I made my points in the initial thread, unless you can refute anything I have stated dont write nothing else. My thread is based on facts not feelings.
