A boxer's best punch?

Sam Peter - overhand right, when landed on the back of the head, it is an extremely violent punch, I guess that will teach his oppenents not to turn there back or put there head down to avoid his punches.

 

Larry Holmes-Jab

Considered to have one of the best jabs ever seen, Holmes ruled the heavyweight division by utilizing his jab to keep his opponents off balance and to mount his own attacks. Every opponent to face him knew that to have any chance to win they would have to nullify the Holmes jab. For seven and one half years no one could. He could use the jab in a variety of ways and it's effectiveness demoralized his opponents.
As a young man Larry Holmes had the opportunity to train and spar with The Greatest, Muhammad Ali. Holmes saw first hand the value of the jab by watching and actually sparring Ali. Holmes learned from and even surpassed the master in learning to use the jab. One of the best punches and best utilized punches I have witnessed in boxing. If you want to learn to jab well, Larry Holmes is a great example of how to do it properly!
