I still think that Lewis was screwed by not giving him a chance to carry on...hell, I've seen fighters in worse shape than Lewis get a chance to survive....it's professional boxing....the big time. As for the rematch, I think McCall is fortunate that Lewis wasn't lobbing some Rahman/Golota/Ruddock destroying type bombs at him while he was wandering around crying.
http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Lennox_Lewis_vs._Oliver_McCall_(2nd_meeting) _____________ McCall was arrested again in December 1996 after he threw a Christmas tree in a hotel lobby and spat on a police car. Following the incident, McCall went back into rehab. On December 18, 1996, at a press conference to officially announce the Lewis-McCall match, McCall's promoter, Don King, said McCall was in treatment but would be ready for the fight with Lewis. Dino Duva, promoter of the fight, said, "I have no reason to doubt (King's) words."
I'm not sure about Douglas -Tyson, I think it might have been a case of right time right place. I would like to see what would have happened if Hearns hadn't hurt his hand against Hagler.
Like Ali and Norton I think Norton won their 3rd fight. All 3 were close and Norton seemed at his best against Ali.

I don't, the way Douglas destroyed Tyson makes me believe he had his number full stop. Hearns threw all he had at Hagler and couldn't put him away. Maybe Hearns could have lasted longer if he tried to box Marvin instead of trying to take his head off.
