mayweather will want it @154 while pac @147. yeah. as a compromise, there could be a catchweight for this fight if it ever happens at all.
147 is the welter limit and not a catchweight. and it was oscar's idea to fight @147 since pac was still a lightweight (135) at that time. oscar had all the money and he was definitely calling the shots for that fight.
