If they all say it in their articles you should be able to find proof easily. I'm not saying you're wrong, but just saying "it's a myth" and not explaining doesn't mean anything to anyone.
what page? by the way the way that book has got to be one of the worste, ross enamaitsinfinite intensity and never gymless are pretty good but i thought his older stuf sucked, too much on high reps.
To be honest, Ross' ideas are good, the fact he mixes things up, the conditioning part of it, the basics, are good. But sometimes, his books really underrate some other aspects and it's all the same stuff over and over.
yes, never gymless and infinite intensity are basically the same thing but in never gymless he shows how to train the same way with no equipment.
its ok as long as u dnt over indulge tho if im gonna have a day like that i go the day b4 on a modified fast wer i eat only fruit and take in around 600 kcals at most
