If you could only choose one, between having the best ATG - P4P accomplishments in the history of boxing or being recognized as the ATG P4P best overall talent ever to lace gloves in a boxing ring...which would you choose ?

I would rather be the worst technician and least skilled fighter to ever lace a glove and just beat everyone they put in front of me.

Rather that than be supremely talented and have a questionable record.

What if you could be the best talent ever with very good accomplishments but just not the best out there ATG ?

    Yup.

What good are skills if you do nothing with them?

In the spirit of fairness though, I would still rather have very good talent and the best accomplishments. Again, it will always come down to "what you did with your talent".

Just a quick info...I never mentioned that the best ever P4P talent wouldn't have accomplished much...it's just that he wouldn't have the best all time resume...although it might still be extremely good !

It's gotta be accomplishments, afterall they're what really matter.

Do you then believe that the actual considered best ever talent also has the best ATG resume ?

I'd rather be Jame J. Braddock than Michael Dokes.

    I like the Braddock analogy.

It comes down to what you prize.

Be the absolute best of what you can be with the tools you have.

Or never reach your potential but be significant enough that people ask the question
