    What? He's fighting ex-K-1 kickboxer Kyotaro Fujimoto on the 30th, not Ustinov. I don't think he would be that stupid :lol:

    Still. deserves a lot of respect for stepping in with a guy like Fujimoto.

    Exactly. He's put the weight on without getting fat and he's not muscle bound either. Ishida must have been really boiling down to get to 154, 160lbs.
