Thomas is one of my buddies from back at the Boys and Girls Club. I sparred with him bakc before Crawford took over the program. I couldn't land **** on him, he's good and I wasn't that great back then (better now I hope). But yeah, he's nothing like Emmanuel. ****, I'm more like Emmanuel than he is. So he won the regional GG, or did he actually take it to Nationals? That's great though. I gotta get over to Mooney's when I'm back in Maryland next.

Yeah, I didn't think he ever took it out I think he sleeps with it there. Was good to see Rock and Mooney on tTV though.

Great fight Ding and Great Win - BIG FAN! - I agree with what you said. I think David Haye is overrated and Mormeck beats him. And I think you easily beat Mormeck, you just need to stop KO your sparring partners and get some cardio in, it will help in the long run.

Also, I loved your determination, you knew you were doing bad and were not being able to outbox him, but you stuck with it and got the win. Thats a lot of heart man. I enjoy watching you fight. I had my whole family around the TV for the fight!

Has your trainer given you an earful yet about your balance? And maybe taking a little bit off your punches now and then might not be a bad idea.

Ding Congradulation on getting a very tough and tall guy outa there. I want to ask you about your hooks. I realize that stocky fighters like yourself, Tyson, and Hatton seem to naturally excell at them but could tell me any specific core excercises and technique that you do to enhance your hook or is it mostly just natural wailing at the heavy bag?

I also am curious about your comment concering energy drinks effecting the adrenal glands. There was recently a big thread here concerning Hatton's abundant use of energy drinks but wouldn't a blender with the best friuts, vegtables and grains be best? I am also curious about your take on certain foods causing exercise induced ashma. I know when I stopped drinking milk my endurance increased dramatically.

What do you think of Guermo Jones? He been on a real good streak lately yet he's not mentioned or rated anywear. Your both intersting characters and I would really like to see you both go at it.

Ding vs Enzo would be the best fight for him in my opinion...for the same reasons though it is incredibly unlikely to ever happen.

I like Enzo, even though I had my doubts about him regarding his opposition. He gets my respect for fighting Wayne. If he somehow beats Wayne, he desreves everyones respect. :hey

He is defitely coming on leaps and bounds, he looked very sharp for as long as the Gunn fight lasted! Enzo Calzaghe works miracles with a small talent pool. Getting fighters like Pryce and (to a lesser extent) Rees where they are. You know he'll do well with gems like Macca too. He should be training Amir Khan too.

Congrats on your win, to me that was KO of the decade, I dropped my burrito after that punch, Im glad Nwodo is ok and Im glad you the exciting win. Your style worries me Ding, I dont doubt you have the strongest chin in the division and I dont doubt you have the strongest punch too, but your low input and constant head hunting without setting it up would work to great advantages to the elite in the class, at best I can only give you a puncher's chance, its KO win or loss for you. But either ways thats what makes you an exciting fighter, everyone waits in anticipation to see if you can get that one big punch in, heres to a great win and hopefully a title shot next Ding, we're all rooting for you, good luck.
