USA - America's Best Fighters Are Found In Middleweight - Lightweight Because The Bigger Guys Go For Basketball & Football (6 ft - 6 ft 9+ range) & American's Are Naturally Larger People Based On Diet

Europe - Europe's Better Fighters Are Found From Middleweight Up Because The Smaller Guys Play Soccer

Latin America (pr & cuba as well)- Best Fighters Are In Super Welter & Down because most latin people are naturally smaller in frame & size

Definitely true about US. I mean there isn't a boxing gym in every city around every corner, but there is a basketball court or football field. I can't personally touch on everything else, but I'm sure your assesment on Euro boxers is true by that same token.
    Interesting topic

I think there is some logic there that can not be dismissed so easily. You could also make the case that Asian people are also slightly smaller on Average compared to Europeans and North Americans and thus fair better in the lower weight divisions.

You typically have to go to large cities to find a boxing gym, while every small town high school has a football, basketball, and baseball program, and there's even small MMA gyms popping up in my area, but certainly not as many as the karate dojos here, but for boxing, everyone says "You have to go the city for that".
