    damn man they say he trains like that 4 hours a day and I could literally watch 4 hours of it

    although the speed bag might get a little boring :lol:

    Damm Nonito looks good on the mitts. Certainly looks to have the power and speed too. I wonder why this guy isnt with Roach...would seem like a perfect matchmaking, specially with his style.

    the difference is when pac works on the mitts he also works on his movements both head and feet. Donaire just plants his feet and throws punches. Pac is more sharp and has better snap when he throws em punches.

    3.56 was hilarious, but one thing i like about freddie-pac camp is that they never have the same game plan, always add moves, punches, mixup things, pac is unpredictable.

    i really liked this guy, but cant take him seriously no more, fights boxers 2-3 levels below him. i got a feelig he is just waiting for manny to retire so he can be the next manny pacqiauo so taking low risk fights to up his record.
