a day off?

    was wondering what everyones veiws on taking a day off i currently go to the gym ( fitness center ) 3 days a week and box 3 days a week on top of running every morning on those days. Just wondering what to do with the 7th day... i was told to just take it off but im feeling a little addicted

    you need rest for your body, so REST on the 7th day.

    or be maverick and drink heavily then do some intense cardio
