    Yup.

He had a chance to beat PBF.

He needed a better trainer and some discipline.

    Too bad.

His Glass Jaw still would have failed him. Judah is a joke.

I think his descipline and lack of good training.
    he took some bombs before.

he is glassy no bout, but, with descipline, he would have been a good champ

the "what if" games are quite rubbish

Discipline, mental fortitude and charisma is talent.
He lacked those talents, but as you said.. he sure had some physical talent.

Judah took his asskicking like a man in the Cotto fight.

He does have a shaky chin, but it's not glass.

Judah's chin isn't the problem... only once was he really rocked (by Tszyu). Because Tyson got rocked by Douglas he has a glass chin too? Judah's problem will always be his mental game, which has kept him from great accomplishments. He figured out how to beat Floyd, but went away from it (his jab) and same with Cotto (the uppercut). Judah doesn't think in the ring. He just shows off his physical strengths and hope that they are enough to win the fight.

the problem with zab is that he gets overconfidence very fast and starts throwing overwhelming shots,he gets careless. i think that if he would have stayed composed he would have beaten tszyu perhaps by knockout in the mid rounds but after he got tszyu attention in the 1 st round he got careless and thought he had the fight already won

Great post. I agree. I think he takes a lot of heat from message boards and a lot of it is deserved. I do believe Cotto hit him low DELIBERATELY when he was staggered and while I don't think thats the sole reason Zab lost that fight, I think it contributed to it.

Personally I think the problem with Zab as mentioned above and other post in this thread is his inability to ADAPT. Zab's attack is based on his speed and power. He rarely adjusts if he does at all. He didn't have Floyd figured out, He won the first 4 rounds and Floyd figured HIM out and used a body attack that opened up his head.

His father who I like on one hand because he gets animated unlike other Father/Son combos (see Jack Mosley or Erik Morales father when their sons were getting their asses kicked adn they went into a shell) but he's honestly NOT a boxing guy. He's a KICKBOXER and I think because Zab came up under that he only won based on his talent. Not say turning from a puncher to a counterpuncher.

The sad part is he has the skills to still put it together. I heard that Floyd Sr was going to be working with him.

This Clottey fight will be a very good crossroads test for him. I'd like to see him back in the mix but only if he's gonna be smart, focused fighter which i'm NOT beating the house on..

zab judah is the reason that i started watching boxing .. he has some serious skill and strenth but as every one knows he lacks the mental i think that he knows this is prolly he last chance to get back in the runnings so i do belive that he will look great against clottey and get the victory

In all honesty Zab was in essence everything people wanted Floyd to be.
They are like Ying/Yang, a mirror reflection of what would have happepned if they changed their styles to suit the people. IMO

    If Floyd was aggressive?
If Judah used his speed and reflex to Box?

judah had the potential but he got a mind problem and a suck ass trainer who gives ridiculous instructions, gotta admit though he went this far with lack of mental discipline
