Mosely needs the money. He will do anything Floyd say including wife swap. If Floyd is not a *****, why should he impose these tests if he believes he can easily beat Pac?

It there's such a thing, it should have been used by every boxer to win a match. Unfortunately, it doesn't help everyone. Pac is a freak of nature. He's a live Bruce Lee.

Because the boxing commission does not require it. Floyd is not commissioner. :D

I think you are missing were my post started. I pointed out to all the people who put Conte from balco up as an expert, that he was only a bullshitting salesman of balco products. Others in the company were the experts in the field.

So Pacquiao is the only guy who is allowed to make up rules? How is Pacquiao going to make up his own rules and then say he's not going to take the blood test because he believes it's up to the commission to make the rules? Again, there's no good reason for him to say no to this request. I would happy if Floyd dropped the demand all together, but it's a request with which Pacquiao could easily comply.

Simple, he doesn't think he can easily beat Pacquiao. He knows it's a tough fight and he sure as hell is not going to fight him if he believes Pacquiao is on something. Pacquiao fights in one of the bloodiest and most mentally taxing sports known to man. As a boxer, he has to get blood tested once a year anyway. So what's the big deal about giving a teaspoon of blood?

Just because Floyd wants it, Pacquiao should follow. Floyd is not the commissioner. If the commission says Pac should undergo blood test, I think he will follow. If Floyd wants any changes in the rules, then he should petition the commission to change them.

The NSAC said that Mayweather did nothing wrong in asking for the extra testing. He didn't have to go to the commission. He had every legal right to ask for Olympic style testing. Besides, the NSAC also said they wouldn't be able to provide the tests at this point, because they don't have the resources right now and they would have to have a meeting to discuss it. It would take awhile before the meeting even took place and so the testing wouldn't be ready.

Pac is superstitious the same way Michael Jordan was superstitious by always wearing his blue North Carolina shorts under his Bulls uniform for good luck. Superstitions don't make sense to most but tell that to the 25 million Americans who are afraid of flying even though it is the safest form of transport.

Pacquiao is not the commissioner either. That doesn't stop him from enforcing his own rules. He effectively changed the WW limit from 147 to 145 against Cotto, forced him to put his belt on the line, and then insituted his own costly overweight penalty to ensure Cotto didn't go over the limit that Pacquiao insituted. He also insituted his own overweight penalty againt Mayweather.

He's superstitious about giving blood, yet he does it once a year? He tried to claim he couldn't give blood within 30 days of a bout but then video surfaced of him giving blood 24 days before the Hatton fight. He changed his stance to 24 days but he gave blood 19 days before the Clottey fight.

Let's say the fight was in Dallas and then Floyd said he wouldn't go to Dallas because he's afraid to fly, and that the flight would mentally affect him and throw him off his game. Let's also say that we later found out that he took a flight to a recent fight and dominated that bout. Would you still believe his excuse?
