I hate to continue this but no one has really talked about it other than ranting who won or who lost. Etc.

    Lets break down some things.
First. We all know now that Pac could (probably should) have had the verdict in his first fight with Marquez corrected. IE if you dont know. The one judge who caused the draw gave Pac a 10-7 first round when it should have been 10-6 (3 knock downs plus winning the round) (also my argument for getting rid of that system) The commission would have had a hard argument to refute if pressed.

Why did we not expect the type of fight we got?
Well after Marquez fought Mayweather we expected him to be slop. Though in his recent fights he has shown otherwise. Good stopagges against tough opponents. For the Mayweather fight he jumped 2 weight divisions to do it. And he came forward most of the fight against a taller
and much heavier man (Mayweather looked 158 lbs that fight) Where as his last fight he did 2 things. Go backward with the counter which effectively extends his reach. And he purposely stepped on the lead foot. That is not illegal cause it can never be proven.

    But alas. It doesn't matter.
2 great fighters met. They have met 3 times now. All 3 were close. And frankly ranks it ranks with Ali Frasier trilogy. Though the 3rd wasn't what we expected. I think we got more.

As far as Mayweather Vs Pac.
Well first. The problem was that he got scared. Mayweather has always had the tools to beat Pac. Not saying he would HAVE. I stress HAVE. If they fight now it doesn't matter if he wins as it will be forever seen as he ducked Pac until Pac's decline. (either decline or great F!n acting to get a fight with Mayweather) It doesn't help that Mayweather acts like a beatch.

I dont see why Marquez would need more money.
Love watching him but he should really smile, enjoy life and become a trainer.
