I don`t rate Beterbiev but thee`s every chance he could move up and beat every cruiser around what then?

 

What if Spinks didn`t move up, would thatt have effected his legacy? I know Jones moved up from middle but I feel even though Robinson wasn`t unbeaten at 160 he achieved more in his career than Jones did, what if some unbeaten middle had beat Hagler and retired without a loss? Surely a win over an all-time great at a lighter weight out-does moving up to beat a low level heavy like Ruiz.

 

Usyk ofc is highly skilled and very talented. I had saw him in amatuers too.
Different question is shape he is now, doesn't looks prime shape like in WBSS.
Also I will not buy assuptions that he is so much superior to Briedis just because he had one single close win over him.
With Dorticos he didn't had fight.

Professional boxing is just entertainment business.
Therefore more marketable A.J after get beatup from Ruiz easily had rematch vs Ruiz.
If compare Usyk vs Briedis for shake of business is comfortable to have just 1 fight and close decision win.
Professional boxing is business and a bit sport.

You even do not see comparision how Usyk moved vs Briedis and Gassiev and compare this in fight vs Whiterspoon.
Watch these fights again and compare.

If current Usyk version is capable to beat up top HW guys then HW division is even worse than ppl in forums assumed.
