If you scratch beneath the surface there's a lot to admire about Paulie.

:deal Gatti, Wlad, Froch, Abril, Lundy, and I guess on a smaller scale Kirkland with abit more boxing, actually trying to setup Angulo for some bombs that impressed me abit instead of every shot being a powershot. Maravilla losing to Margo yrs ago and transforming into the beast his is today is impressive.

Agreed!! Cockell took a horrendous beating and really had no business being in there. They just played this on ESPN Classics the other day, always pisses me off when they play fights from the greats that were either pointless walkovers or when they're way past their prime like today they had Holyfield vs Savarese (who ****ing cares!!) it's a disservice to fighters like Holyfield showing them way past it over and over and making the younger kids watching think that's what Holyfield was! Their monthly airing of Leonard vs Hagler always drives me insane. They were playing RJJ vs Tito the other week :patsch:patsch

But Cockell had plenny a bottle, RTB. Not many could take Marciano's bunker busters 'n keep comin'. He was a true Brit bulldog.

    Hello buddy, hope you're well!

Jones at the Olympics was phenomenal.

    Ali, Leonard, Jones, DLH.

You will see NOTHING like the talent those had, at this summers American Olympic squad. :verysad

I`m not a fan of his but Barrera became a better fighter after the Junior Jones losses.

When did you get to interview Paulie?
Excuse my ignorance but I'm not familiar with your work.
