For me it's Julio Cesar Chavez. His personality still sucks and he was a spoil-sport crybaby bad loser, but I have a grudging admiration for his relentless will-to-win and that he dished out some pretty good beatings..in other words, he was a badass,

Yeah i really love Chavez as well. I'm starting to get into Joe Frazier as well he was so exciting and powerful. Plus i cant get over his dependancy on that left hook. Similair in a way to Chavez although Chavez could fight at a range with that thudding jab and sneaky right. A great repertoire of punches.

I've been hooked on Casamayor as off late. Mayweather a bit too after his return.

Same here actually. I spent years HATING chavez for the taylor fight. And his resume is padded, with not enough great names. But the guy is arguably the greatest mexican ever, a warrior who would walk through hell to win a fight or even a round and he was a great patriot. Sure he could be an arrogant ***** who should have a number of loses on his record that aren't there but still, one of the best ever.

Joe Calzaghe, technical as hell, as evidenced in his matches against Lacy and Kessler, but wasnt afraid of getting into the trenches, won the Hopkins fight thru sheer determination to throw out shots, when others *cough Pavlik cough* would have spent the time feeling sorry for themselves.

Also when he got knocked down by Byron mitchell, although an early stoppage, the heart he showed in the next 2 rounds was immense. Talk about trading blows!

Featherweight Manuel Reyes of New York City never got the limelight he so justly deserved. His undefeated career was brief but sterling.

    Arturo Gatti.
I defo followed all his fight's, But heart like that that is hard to find.
(Would not hurt the sport to have more Gatti's in it)

Chavez is ok but he definately should have re-matched 'Sweet Pea' as he was outclassed in their first and got a joke draw

Cotto... at first I thought he was overhyped and not going to be much other than a forward moving brawler (mainly because I saw how muched he struggled with malinaggi)... his skills have really developed and after the beating he took from margarito and in his second fight from that beating he is taking on Clottey, makes me have a new found respect for his heart and determination to be truly great.

    Vic Darchinyan for me.
Absolutely love his style which looks kind of clumsy but is obviously far from it.

Michael Spinks. Started out just too damn awkward and ugly for me. But, having seen and analyzed some more footage of the man in his LHW prime, I must say I'm starting to really enjoy his style.
