    I don´t think so, most people ank him in the Top5 at lw. And desevedly so. But lw is maybe the deepest division ever. B. Leonard, Gans, Duran, C. Ortiz, Canzoneri, Ambers, Ross and so on. It´s amazingly deep, so him not rating numbe one or Top3 or perhaps even Top5 is not underating him. It just shows how hard it is to get ranked thee in that division.
