I was one of those that thought Jones would blow out Trinidad, but Trinidad actually had a decent showing, he did best when he was boxing and jabbing, of course the bigger jones later took over but Tito did good compared to what i was thinking. I think Trinidad should have a farewell fight, and it should be against Non hard Puncher WBA middleweight beltholder Felix Sturm, i think Trinidad can beat him, i know he's not The middleweight champ, but he is top 10 middleweight and does have a belt, it would be nice to see Trinidad Retire with a win like that.

    Anyone agree?

I'd rather see Tito work his way back into it by fighting lesser opposition, some fringe contenders and work on his sharpness (although Tito did look a lot better yesterday than I thought) and everything, but I don't know if Tito has it in him to fight anything other than the big events.

Jones is shot to hell, Im a big Tito fan he should get out and retire, he is done and needs to face reality its over. Lets not make it anymore painful, the best of Tito is in the past. The only reason Tito made it ithrough 12 is beacuse Roid is a shell of the fighter he was. Tito is also through. Retire and thanks for the memories

I disagree Rafael...I think Tito looked good, he was just way over his natural weight class. I think he would give 160 absolute hell. He should target abraham or sturm and then fight Pavlik.

Lets say he got passed Abraham? Pavlik would then brutally KO Tito.
Hey I am a big fan of Tito he was good for the sport and he has taken it as far as it will go. I was there at the San Diego Sports Arena when he was an unknown and won the Championship. Too many good memories of Tito and his time. I dont want to see him hurt and I see that he has slowed down just enough to possibly really getting hurt.

He looked good againts a Jones who is shot to pieces. You have to remember that it's not a true asessment of where either of them Jones or Tito is at. The damage a fighter receives is usually at the end of their careers when the reflexes are gone. These two are still healthy relatively young and they have their legacies, there is nothing to prove anymore. They both should hang them up. No sense in going on. They have done it all.

Against Roy, Tito didn't look even close to as shot as I thought he would. Trinidad-Sturm would be an interesting fight and he would have a great chance of winning.

I suggested this after the RJJ fight, I think its very winnable if he can perform at 160 the way he did at 170.
