Nah i think AA is worse. Thompson is bad but AA has been getting KO'ed cold since the START of his career. Thats some accomplishment. At least Thompson looked like a "killer" when he first started in MMA. AA never has. He looks like a spartan and thats where it ends.

I remember when aa was a beast and few would've predicted his downfall like its turned out.

I got into MMA after catching Randy V Chuck 2 on Bravo. But one of the 1st events I saw all the way through was Tim v AA two(58 if Im not mistake). That fight kinda sums up the ups and downs of Arlovski's career for me, ups and downs. Only this time he aint getting back up imo

You know Arlovski seems to sport vampire teeth, I suspect his recent opponents have been soaking their gloves in holy water before the fight

His chin is made of sugar glass. If a heavyweight contender wants a spectacular flattering ko win, Arlovski's your man. Something of a top-class Olaf Alfonso.

 

Arlovski wasn't fighting confident at all and Kharitonov knew it. I have to agree with OP. time for Arlovski to throw in the gloves or get back to square one.

 

AA has been getting KTFO since the start but are you saying Thompson hasnt ? In is first Pride fight he was knocked out in like 10 secounds by Aleksander. Thompson has been KOed 9 times since including once by a jab :-( Thompson has no impressive wins and while he may look like a beats by physique hes never showed anythnig beast like in the ring. From 02-08 Arlovski won a UFC Championship and beat the likes of Nelson, Sylvia, Rothwell, Matshusenko, and Werdum. Thats a pretty decent resume right there much more of a killer or beast then Thompson. Arlovski spent most of this time as a top 10 Heavyweight when the **** was Thompson this ?
