    Mayweather takes it without a doubt. Let's face it guys, Money is never gonna lose. He can't be beaten. Y'all can think up hypothetical situations that aim to stretch him as much as possible, but fact of the matter is he is unbeatable.

Warned repeatedly through the sixth he has a point deducted in the sixth, rallies in the seventh but wins only one of the last five rounds to drop a close decision.     Oscar's aggressive jabbing grabs him an early lead on all three cards, and in spite of his looking by far the better fighter eight through twelve, Mayweather doesn't do enough for the judges who award a disputed SD win to Oscar De La Hoya, 114-114, 115-113, 116-112.


    Miguel Cotto

    Vs

    Timothy Bradley.

    Cotto dominates the exchanges early and Bradley looks like he might be headed for trouble in the middle rounds. His excellent conditioning shows as he forces his way into the fight late, closing out in what turns into a thriller as Cotto begins to gas...but holds on to snip a nail-biter on the cards.

    This would be a mind blowing tournament. I've tried a couple times to get started matching them and picking winners but it's too ****in hard. Mayweather or De La Hoya would probably win the tournament, but the real story would be the following fights: Tszyu vs. Cotto, Hatton vs. Cotto, De La Hoya vs. Cotto, Tszyu vs. Mayweather. Very interesting.

    Why not have Duran, Whitaker, Chavez, Taylor, Marquez, Pacquiao also?

    But its a good tournament none the less


    Delahoya V Mayweather would be close in the final

    Hatton V Tszyu is debateable

    Cotto punishes Bradley and stops him late

    Mayweather comes out the winner in a close decision over Oscar

    Oscar beats Tyzu

    Tyzu beats Hatton

    Hatton beats Cotto (this was one of the best fights to never get made of the last 10 years)

    Bradley is interesting in this case, I will have to think a bit more on him.

    I would say Floyd wins this one and Oscar the runner up. Oscar lost convincingly when he met PBF with all the advantages, stylistically Floyd wins around 7 times out of 10. As stated a lot of names not on here (especially Pryor).

    :patsch Read the OP you morons.

    I've not gone for a greatest of all time tournament, I've gone for fights where the styles clash. I've also stuck to more modern fighters so that EVERYONE can have an opinion. Also stated in this thread.

    If I had included a Pryor, or a Chavez for old times sake, then who would everyone be picking? Idiots :lol: It's you two who don't know ****, reading comprohension for one thing.

    I didn't take a Classical approach. :good

    Floyd is the best fighter at that lot. Floyd's best weight probably could have been 140 if he choose to stay there and not chase the money. He is too fast for any of the fighters mentioned in the tourney.
