I also have athsma and I'm on the steroids for it... I'm sure an exception would be made in testing for them, but they really don't do much in the way of letting you compete in sports. Which is a damn shame for people like Jeff here who could have excelled in a sport if there was something to keep it under control.
You put them togeather nice Jeff which is rare to see in Britain. The fact that you went 6-0-1 in your first 7 fights shows that you clearly had something before **** started going wrong. Alot of guys just don't seem to have luck with them and so don't progress the way they could. Martin Watson was like that too.
Nice I watched 30 secs of the one in the Zelenoff thread the other day I though straight away 'Jeff is GOOD'
Stop patting his *******. Jeff is clearly having a shitty day. Jeff that video was ****. My gran throws a meaner left hook than you.
Just got around to watching that now and I have to say Jeff you were a lovely little boxer. That sounds a little gay when I read it back but I hope you get what I mean. You Pick your shots very well and with your physique you'd always be much better off fighting from the outside and fighting to your strengths that getting inside and banging away. So not getting into a brawl would probably be in your interests regardless of the asthma problems. I have to sympathise with your problems as you definitely had quite a bit of quality about you and would probably have been a tough test for anyone at domestic level. Lets be honest with some of the Africans that have been brought over for Commonwealth title fights all it would have taking is some semi-decent management to pick up that title at some point in your career. I mean **** it with the way that title has gone you could probably pick it up now if you could get the breathing problems under control somewhat. But a 12 round fight may prove troublesome.
