A Klitschko daily work out

    Do you believe the brothers would lift weights every day (or around 3-5 days a week) in order to maintain their muscle mass? I'm talking about when not in training for fights.

    They're natural HWs. From my understanding, they lift in camp. At least Wlad does early on in camp.

    Im sure they do.

    Even when they're not in camp, they seem strong and athletic.

    You dont get a physique like Wlads with years of hard work in the weights room

    Maybe they jerk of more than me.

    Though I doubt it, the sandpaper has run dry with me already.

    The more muscle mass -the more the body consumes oxygen. Thats why he has stamina issues.

    Right. Wlad lifts the first couple weeks of camp and that's it. Comparing physique and assuming, obviously, that they have similar genetics for the sake of hypertrophy, I'd guess Vitali lifts at most that much and possibly a little less.

    Wlad was a big strong guy since he was 18-19 years old. Obviously he's matured in his body but the brothers have been natural SHWs since they were teenagers.

    Bo Jackson never touched a weight and look at his physique. It is mostly genetics.

    Wladimir Klitschko & stamina issues don't belong in the same sentence.

    The guy is always in top shape

    I know Vitali was hitting the gym for weight-training even when he was retired.

    You can be in great shape and not have innately great stamina. Stamina is an attribute just like punching power to an extent. Although stamina issues is a stretch.

    Wlad is 30lbs heavier than he was when he was in his teens.

    Also,im sure he was lifting in his teens too.

    Hes a modern pro athlete, of course he lifts.
