PowerPuncher its a lost ****ing cause.These guys only started watching boxing yesterday.Now im not berating Hatton for his choice because at the end of the day Warren started him in good stead and steered him extremely well.His now a millionaire because of this.But 6 years later after Witter has done EVERYTHING asked of him where still denied a Eubank Benn style clash and these useless drones have the audacity to defend it and despite ramming the truth down there throats they still cling to bull**** hype and biased bull**** they`ve read frm other posters.Iv never in my life read such magical stupidity.

I notice you didn't explain how Hatton's word is gospel sometimes and lies other times, depending on what suits you.... :think

 

I'm pretty sure Witter - Lynes was after the Judah fight and that was awful. Witter was so **** it was embarrassing to watch.

The Corley fight was garbage too.

 

Even Warren has not said Hatton backed out of the contract to my knowledge and when Hatton left him that slimy **** was saying everything he could to slander him.
I do not believe that someone who gets in the ring with a Tsyzu who just savaged Mitchell and then with PBF is scared of Witter..no I don't.

I do believe he now thinks the best way to **** Witter off is to not give him the big pay day as they genuinely dislike each other. And it is also a high risk, low reward fight. He will be expected to win by the general Brit on the street and if he wins the US public would say "So he beat another Euro Bum who ran from Judah, and?".

I think it could happen if both stay unbeaten in their next fight or two, but I would not be surprised if it didn't.

In regards to the quote yes you have misread it, you cannot give a word like not or never an absolute meaning if you have cut off a previous or following section that suggests disclaimer.

So "He will never fight Witter" is how you quote it, the quote reads "Ricky will never fight Witter as long as he keeps attacking him in public".

That clearly implies if he stops attacking him in public then the never is removed. That does not mean to say I think it will definitely happen, but you cannot chop a quote in half and then use it as evidence.

I could say "I will NEVER post on ESB again, if they charge a subscription fee". If you choose to chop off the final 6 words, it appears I am saying I am leaving ESB when I clearly said no such thing.

I agree, I think they will fight once Witter gets a bit more of a name for himself in the States.

I don't really care if its not the very next fight and I'm not sure why anyone does, other than the fact that they have a hard-on for Ricky and need something to hate him for.

Agreed on that note...Witter was a total rookie and not only that he took the fight at 6 days notice!!! He totally changed his approach to sitting on his shots and is a different fighter in both style and obviously experience.

That is simply not true. You support everyone over Hatton and hate on him constantly. You are also a fan of Witters and you would LOVE Witter to KO Hatton and if Hatton won you would say Witter was shot and old and Hatton ducked him in his peak. At least be honest.

Im not intersted in dealing with what if`s, mights, pre-amble, or conjecture.He said what he said and it is what it is.6 years later the fight STILL hasnt happened.Now in your wisdom does that sound like a guy that wants to face his best domestic and world foe?

As for comparing Urango and Collazo with Colin Lynes...HAHAHAHAHA.

 

I hate on him because im ****ed off with what he did with the WBU and for not facing Witter when they were supposed to me.Im not a fair weather fan.I dont buy into hype.Im a realist and the bottom line is stylistically Witter has the tools to beat him.Warren and Hatton knew this.His now his number 1 contender.That means Ricky needs to make the fight and soon.

I'll break it down to make it simple for you. :good

1) I only brought up the Ring's history of corrupt ratings because you were acting like they were the Bible. The guilt is not "so called", it is a well known fact (well, it is among those of us who HAVE been following boxing for decades :yep )

2) I did not say Fightnews was corrupt. I said they had reported false stories in the past. This is also a well-known fact. They probably just did it to try to scoop a headline, not because of any corruption.

3) You still haven't explained how quotes from Hatton or his people are 100% true... sometimes, and 100% unreliable ..... sometimes.

 

I think he definitely wanted Witter years back when they were both with Warren, but Warren had no interest in risking his two fighters against each other especially when one was a cash cow.

Once Hatton got the Tsyzu fight he moved out of Witters world and could make great money fighting for world titles against easier opposition.
Now I don't think he particularly wants the fight because he likes the idea that Witter is making **** all and knows that Witter really really wants Hatton for the money, he knows that is a massive pay day.

But my point was simple, Hattons lawyer did not say he would never fight him, he said he would never fight him if he keeps on bad mouthing.
The fact that worked to get PBF into the ring is mutually exclusive.

Secondly if I had to rely on one persons word between his lawyer and his Dad I would go with his Dad.
