now as we all know mayweather has been criticised alot in the past by hbo commentators for not finishing the fight and getting the guy out of there when he has the opportunity but on saturday mayweather had the chance to catch a fighter off guard within the rules and lampley says "if your as great a fighter as you say you are you shouldnt have to end the fight like that" so what do people want from him? lol
LOL so in your mind either you cheap shot your opponent to knock him out, or you win by decision? there is no other way to win? You really think the only way to get your opponent out is to cheap shot him?
i dont call it a cheap shot there was a chance he took it hell the amount of times iv gone to touch gloves at the start of a round and someones took a swing im used to it
being used to it doesn't mean it's not a cheap shot. If you go out to touch gloves at the start of a round and the guy takes a swing, that's a cheap shot too.
arguing with Pac fans about Floyd will leave you with a headache. Apparently he should have just walked around the ring hugging and kissing ortiz. Id rather see a fighter ready to go than Pac and Moselys gay **** of touching gloves after every punch. i respect that Pac would never do what Mayweather done but he also would never have done what ortiz done.
I think Ortiz deserved what he got. But there's a difference between knocking out a guy by suckerpunching him and knocking out a guy who's in combat mode.
