let me explain something to you, some fighters like Jones Jr and Mayweather jr both have habits of trying to get away from those body shots, both tend to jump up and back as a shot is headed towards there body and I know for a fact Floyd did alot of this in that first fight with Castillo, so if that shot lands low its not illegal its Floyd who is causing it to go low....

If a ref calls a knockdown and all 3 judges know it wasn't. They still must score the knockdown, though they ARE allowed to not use it as a way of scoring the round for either fighter.

    Example.

    Fighter A vs Fighter B

If Fighter A is winning a round by an okay at best margin and Fighter B legitly knocks him down with lets say a crisp clean shot. All the judges would factor that into scoring the round because fighter B landed that crisp shot.

Now, take that same scenario except all 3 judges see the knockdown was actually a slip and the punch completely missed. The ref calls it a KD. Then the judges have to take the point from Fighter A for "going down" but they do not have to use it in scoring the round because they all 3 know a knockdown didn't actually happen.

I'm not even arguing the shots in that fight. Im merely talking about any fight in general.

But I would agree that if all 3 judges feel Mayweather was jumping and making those shots low that would of landed cleanly then that would have to be factored.

But I don't see how jumping up and back is illegal...:huh

To me, what you said was Mayweather moves out of the way of the shot and it ends up hitting him somewhere illegal.

I don't know how that would be factored to be honest. It's like someone pushing another fighter down and then getting low. But you can't say if he wasn't pushing his head down that it would of landed cleanly because if he wasn't pushing the fighter down, he'd have another hand free to either counter, or block. etc.

Gtfooh lmao. You can clearly see if a punch is low or not. Castillo landed some good bodyshots and many low blows.

 Love how people act as if Floyd dominated the rematch, it was stil a close fight, yes with Floyd being a non-controversial winner, but nevertheless a CLOSE fight.

I don't see how you come to that conclusion with the Castillo fight and I don't see prime Oscar beating him. The only reason the past prime version did well was because of his size advantage and the judges making closer than it actually was
