Let's just peep both Pacquiao and Floyds close fights and losses and see which fights of theirs were close, controversial, and clear cut losses for both guys.

No point. The level of competition by Pacquiao is light years ahead.

Manny is a Top Ten ATG Current P4P #1

When Floyd fights a Prime WW not coming off a loss who has more than 1 WW win we can discuss.

Manny Pacquiao: Torrecampo, Singsurat, Agapito Sanchez, Juan Manuel Marquez X2, Erik Morales.

Boy I wish Floyd was Manny! :rofl

The destructions of Cotto and Clottey are better than Floyd's entire WW resume.
He never fought a WW that could get past a Cotto let alone murder him like Manny did. He brings up inexperienced fighters who have 1 or less win at WW or who are over 37.
FLoyd is absolutely PETRIFIED of POWER.

2007-2011 Not 1 fighter had a KO at WW within a year of facing Floyd. 3 of his last 4 have never scored a KO @ WW.

    Ortiz - 1 win at WW - 0 WW KO's
Mosley - over 37 0 wins within one year of facing Floyd.
JMM - 0 wins at WW
    Hatton - 1 win at WW - 0 within 1 year of facing Floyd - 0 KO's at WW

 Like I thought. You couldnt name one welter Manny has beaten coming off an impressive performance. Destruction of Clottey? You mean Clottey being completely unmarked after the fight? :rofl

4 of Manny's last 7 opponents are Mayweathers leftovers. :yep

Clottey and Cotto are 2 WW warriors. Remember your boy retired to avoid those big boys in 2008.
Cotto beat Clottey and it was close so what does the ATG warrior do ? He fights them both and destroys them both.
He beat cotto right after his win.

This looks about right. Id throw in the Dlh fight for Floyd. Ok, now I thought close fights were close fights. Why does every poster who hates Floyd say he lost to Castillo in a CLOSE fight, and real boxing fans say it was close or Floyd eeked out a win? Well anyway, list the clear losses for both guys Mich.

Why did Pacquiao ask Cotto to weigh in at 145 lbs?

He came up from 130 lol. Give the guy a break. That would be like Floyd going to 160. Yet he would never even go near a SMM @ 154 because he only likes handpicked easy fights. Zero fights vs any prime great fighters.

Nothing will ever compare to bringing JMM up to 147 and then packing on extra weight at the last minute and paying him 600K.

^ He already answered ur question. Bc just a year prior Pac jumped up 3 weight divisions, and he's obviously the smaller guy. Either way, Cotto weighing in at 145 did nothing to his conditioning, he said he felt great at the weight after the fight, and he weighed in at 146 his previous fight.

Why did he ask Cotto to come in at 145? He fought Dlh at 147 right? Why Cotto at 145?

They had no leverage against Oscar . The same way Floyd didn't.

Roach probably was worried about hte size disparity a littel so he made it a catch-weigh. I would rather it'd been at 147, but it would have made no difference in the end.
