    With both guys undefeated in the year 2000 and both guys missing out the finals that year, this was an eagerly anticipated matchup between these two hard hitting heavyweights. It was the year 2001, and they headlined the Gladiators k-1 event that year.

    Bernardo was a Boxer who doing well in K1.

    For sure he was a threat to anyone. He was very feared back in the day as he always threw with bad intention. With his two handed KO power he managed to knock down or out pretty much all the fighters out there. Including, Hug, Aerts, Hoost, Greco among others. In boxing he held the WBF title for a while.

    I mainly stick to the kickboxing forum on sherdog, which is pretty good.
    But here is cool as well!

    Great round of action and an awesome comeback from Bernado with that peach of an uppercut and finishing barrage. It's a great example of how one punch can change a fight.

    Bizarre ending though.
