Of course in some people's eyes the people who are offended by racist remarks are the one's really to blame. Just a bunch of wimps who should toughen up and get over it.

In areas such as NT how much money has the goernment made from mining these peoples lands? A little compansation should be in order dont you think?considering they have been moved off there traditional land so it can be mined for millions upon millions of dollars and have been put into areas where there is **** all for them.

No one is saying they are more useless!!! Ive seen them in their prime. Aboriginal people are an incredible physical specimen. They are fantastic athletes. They are amazing musicians (god if only guitar came as easy to me as for them...). They are intelligent people!!!! Im a bleeding heart... ... Not for their "plight" but for the unfutunate fact that they are not achieving what they COULD achieve...

I hope the 20% or less of aboriginal thats in you some day has the guts to discover what amazing things your people (or at least 20% of you) are capable of!!!!!!!!!

And dont put me under some -immaginary- spotlight. Its not about "movers and shakers". White people (or at least the majority) ARE NOT jealous of the advantages that the Indigenous get. I believe you are getting things mixed up with with WA (And to an extent SA)... NT is largely native title and national park.... The only parts being mined (with a few minor exceptions) are those that indigenous have themselves proclaimes to NOT be thier land...

Just because my people were the first here in Oz to have contact with the Europeans does not take away from the fact that I am and allways will be as Aboriginal as any other in this country.
