However, politics and money won't ever allow it

It should, but it's just as improbable as a single neutral international sanctioning organization, with one world championship.
I would be happy if the WBA, the WBO and the IBF, like the WBC all pick VADA as their mandatory drug testing agency.

 

They should, question is how long would they remain neutral for.....

 

This. I'm OK with VADA, I believe they are the most respectable drug testing organisation around.

 

The existing model with WADA already has many countries contributing along with the Olympic movement matching any countries contribution.

The problem this model has is it's easy for larger countries to contribute more and perhaps influence WADA as well as the Olympic movement being as corrupt as any body answerable no nobody.

We should have a testing body which receives a set standard contribution from all countries. Any countries not contributing will not be tested and therefore their athletes ineligible to compete at international sports where WADA testing is required. There of course will be a few exceptions for small, very poor countries who simply cannot find the money to contribute.
