I hear what your saying Boggle, but for people like myself there is nothing equal to actually having the magazine in your hands. I'm not in to uploading or downloading magazines onto my computer and sitting in front of a screen. I spend most of my life doing that at the moment anyway. I like magazines because I can read them on the shitter, in the car, on the bus and they weigh less and are easier to carry about than a laptop. Plus i actually like the feel of the print. I hear what the TS is saying as well. The recent Ring issue where they featured "Gunslingers - the most powerful fighters in the sport", I just found that pretty pointless. I'd like it if a magazine did things like Boxing Hotbeds, where they could go and visit gyms, villages, towns, general areas where at present or in the past they bred quality fighters. That and other things like classic matchups. Why has no magazine got reader involvement through a classic hypothetical tournament? That would be brilliant and a regular feature with endless material.
People like yourself? That's me. I definitely prefer to read printed matter. I want this magazine, I just don't think it's likely to happen. Unless we have a fat cat on here who wants to bankroll a losing investment. Sounds good, right? Any takers?
:good It saddens me. I shall remain faithful in Boxing News and The Ring though. I actually find BN very good.
