"Sour Urine" Whittaker landed the low blows on purpose! I remember when he landed a deliberate low blow, Chavez give time to recoup, then "Sour Urine" did it again! It was his plan! Thus his name "Sour Urine" or Sour Pea, whatever, he felt he had to land low blows to win the fight, but should have been disqualified.

Anyone who says it was OK for him to do such must claim two victories for Golota in Golota Vs. Bowe!

Nothing really new here except it is funny to see a more composed Chavez after getting a taste of his own medicine.
And to be honest half of those 'low blows' on the vidz are are the belt line and totally legal.

    Hey whats up jyuza!
This forum misses you. What have you been up to?
    Moonlighting at another forum? lol

Listen, about the low blows, sure Chavez has landed his share. He's a body assassin, some shots are going to stray.
But when did you ever see Chavez land as blatant and deliberate as Pea did in that 6th round?

That was awful my friend. I cant recall Chavez ever landing shots right square on the balls, deliberate like Whitaker did.

Hey man what's up ? Sure been a while my old friend, hope everything is good.
ESB is the only forum I check but I find it pretty different than what it used to be back then when we were still debating (still about Chavez-Whitaker ;) ).

Okay, got it. By the way, some say it could have been a different fight in lower weights, but Sweet Pea would have been much faster for Chavez to deal with. Chavez was great, but Sweet Pea was special. Just like Ali, RJJ, SRL, etc. These types of fighters come only once in a life time. Man, what a great fight it would have been with Sweet Pea vs PBF.

 Those were some great times here on ESB.

I did debate passionately on the topic of Chavez vs Whitaker.
    I've had my fill though.
I'm really through putting so much effort on that topic since most here now that comment on it and have'nt even seen the whole fight and know little about it.

Nice to know you still poke your head around here every once in awhile!:good

I kind of feel nostalgic of those times. Lately, when I log on ESB, I am just looking for old threads from the Classic and it makes me remember how good it was back then. I was learning a lot of things about boxing and really enjoyed reading each post of each member. Unfortunately, I can't make the same statement today.
Anyway, how have you been ?
