    this is a healthy cotto

in order to beat cotto you have to walk through everything he has, and he has a lot, he is very accurate and hits hard.

Cotto would have beat Hatton. He's just on a higher level.

    Spot on...:good

I would fancy Hatton at 140 and my jury is swinging towards Cotto at 147 in a similar way to how it all ended against PBF, not with a check left hook or anything, but a solid shot that drains Hatton for Cotto to stop him on his feet with the ref jumping in with a flurry of unanswered head shots...:yep

    A fight that escaped us...:yep

Tough one to call. Big fan of both. Cotto put a lot of hurt on his opponents at 140, wasn't a concussive puncher but that just prolonged the agony. He hit you everywhere. Arms, shoulders, the lot. His opponents would have been in some pain for a week or two after fighting him.

However he's never been comfortable fighting at a pace and even moreso at a pace forced upon him. And was always vulnerable at 140, wobbled numerous times. By lesser, far lesser fighters than hatton.

I believe hatton peaked against tszyu and on that night, would have beaten cotto, he was physically and mentally in a great place.
