A number 3 HW rated Adamek Vs a non rated Frank Bruno, 1991, who wins this?

I'm saying a young Bruno punches a lot harder than vitaly, yes.

I might be wrong but I don't think Bruno ever lost a decision, and I don't see adamek stopping him.

 

Adamek takes this with ease on points. Bruno was garbage. The only people who rate the clown Bruno are Britards and some of my fellow Americans who only call him decent because Tyson smashed and destroyed that joker twice without breaking a sweat.
Like it or not but Adamek will go down as a Hall of Fame fighter.

Bruno would win inside the first 4/5 rounds. Watch the Lewis fight, no way Adamek makes it through.

Im no Bruno fan but he was quite a physical specimen. He was big, muscular, powerful and had decent speed. He has one of the best jabs in the business and the right hand to knock most people out. The problem he had was stamina and his dodgy chin. I wonder what a better trainer like Steward could have done for him, maybe tighten his defence like he did with Wlad.

On topic, he would have beaten Adamek pretty easily. Adamek is just an overblown LH, who is soft and weak in the HW division. He wouldn't have the power to trouble Bruno and Bruno would easily jab to a UD, or a KO if Adamek got reckless.

Using these men's rankings to undermine a particular era is an ignorant fallacy. Bruno wasn't ranked by the Ring because his management was horrified to take any risks with him after his two big failed breakouts in the 80s, they would rather protect hiim for years and cash out in one big fight against Tyson when he need a live body. Adamek in contrast got his ranking by beating one contender, and waiting for everyone else ahead of him to get demolished, moving him up by default. Its not like Adamek cleaned out the top 5 or anything. Neither man's standing is terribly accurate reflections of the eras.

As for the match at hand, I have more faith in Adamek than Bruno. I don't think Bruno could duplicate what Vitali did, throwing that many punches from so many angles. People call Wlad robotic, Bruno was a robot period. I think we could be looking at something similar to the Cunningham fight. Cunningham is the same size as Bruno, really, 6'3", 82" wingspan, about 220 when inflated, and a brilliant boxer on the technical level but like Frank chinny. Bruno hits harder, might drop Adamek but I don't think he would be able to put together so many punches like Vitali did to constently catch him and stop him without gassing.

 

Bruno would have battered Adamek. The list of people who think otherwise will be made up of:

- Poles
- The Klitschko Nuthuggers who try to claim them as the GOAT (not all Klit fans btw, I'm a fan of both guys)
- Other Eastern Euros who hate black people i.e Vystosky
