    I agree with the thread title. GTFO of a division you don't belong in. I just can't see anyone touching VK right now. He makes his brother look like mince meat. VK IS THE NO. 1 HEAVY.

    Adamek can be proud of himself. He didn't run or quit but stood up and took huge punishment that really he didn't derseve.

    The kind of punishment Vitali dished out should be reserved for other ****s like Haye who don't know how to conduct themselves.

    No mate, he walked out the ring on his feet. He didn't throw that much caution to the wind. You are seriously starting to wind me up now. How much boxing in the past have you watched? To claim that Adamek left it all in the ring is a totally and utter disrespect for past warriors.

    Seriously, you are very much disrespecting past warriors by claiming Adamek tonight left it all in the ring.

    yea because the ****ing ref stopped the fight/and because vitali couldnt finish him off. did you even watch the fight?

    adamek did leave a **** ton in the ring. and thats not taking **** away from any other past warrior. adamek is among them as well.

    I agree. "Going out on your shield" is Hatton vs Pac, Frazier vs Ali, etc.

    Adamek didn't embarrass himself, but he also didn't give 100%. He was willing to engage, but not to fully commit. He basically played it safe & collected his paycheck.

    I was really disappointed in his performance. (Though I also disagree with the OP.)

    Adamek just got totally dominated by a better guy, and took a beating. That's got nothing to do with 'going out on your shield', Adamek very much didn't.
