So, as the original writer of the thread, you say I am a "racist" because I have correctly identified mayweather as a scumbag. So you obviously assume I am white, for a start. And if you were right, and I *was* white, I guess you think that saying bad things about a Phillipino isn't racist.....only if I said something negative about a black guy? This is one of the reasons those of us who don't live in the US find American culture so sad these days. Nobody can say ANYTHING about a black person without it being "racism". That guy there, the singer.....I think he's got a bad singing voice. Oh, he's black.......I must be a "racist". Naturally. It COULDN'T just be that the guy can't sing, it must be ME whose the problem.....a "racist" for pointing out the obvious. No wonder the US is going down the drain.

You then say that because, in your opinion, I am a racist, that all the rest of my post, which is a well-reasoned explanation of why I think Pac is probably using PEDs is "negated". That simply makes you STUPID. I could be Adolph ****ing Hitler, but that doesn't change the fact that if I say 2 +2 = 4 that it is indeed so. Back to the schoolyard with you!

Well, not true. Money is not everything. You can't buy happiness with money alone. I recall that German billionaire who committed suicide because he lost half of his $2 billion fortune in the stock market.

Pac is onto legacy. His name in the history books. How he love to talk seeing his name in the books 30 or more years from now. Remember with all the millions of dollars he's earned, he is spending them in pesos. In fact, he is just giving them away to charities.

He's more happy helping people than making money for his own.

Too many people in this world are too materialistic.

Gentleman on the highest order? Why don't you search google and youtube for Jinkee Pacquio and then come back and tell me he is a gentleman. The rest of your post goes on to further illustrate the type of man Pac is. On the balance though I agree with everything you said about his record and current behavior.

Let's get away from talking about their personal lives. FMJ has never done crime or, to my knowledge, had an outside the ring incident. So maybe all this "thug" persona is really a personal hang up of yours.

Oh and a "slave contract" is a contract that forces him into a position where, although he benefits, HBO benefits exponentially greater. If 3 men go in to get a job and the first two guys get paid $20 per hour. The third guy comes in and they pay him $13 per hour for the same job should he just be happy? No. Your real hatred is that subconsciously you think minorities want too much.

You ever notice how SOME black folks seem to think EVERYTHING is racist no matter how innocent it is? What's with that and why do you think anyone gives a **** if you find something racist anyway?

:happy Great post. I think that you were a little hard on Floyd and made some generalizations but I blame that on your ignorance regarding thugism, the streets, and hustlin' as you put it. However your Manny analysis is right on. I used to love Manny. On 24/7 he always came across as a nice, genuine guy. A Christian guy who loved his family and put his family first and looked out for his friends. It's hard not to like Manny. He's a bit fobby (Fresh Off the Boat) but whatever, he's lovable.

However once the negoatiations started I saw a different side of Manny. A selfish, my way or the highway kind of dude that perhaps didn't really want to fight Mayweather. Now let me be clear, I have never in my life thought for a second that Manny possessed the skills to beat Mayweather or even Mosley which is why IMO Manny hasn't fought either man. But all of a sudden Roach is slinging mud (which he has done more and more since the Oscar fight), Arum's talking crap, and Koncz is spewing venom.

But Manny got his way (just like Oscar did) and the fight was on. However 9 days after everything was agreed to (including the Olympic style testing) Manny flip flops and comes out with a vengeance proclaiming that Mayweather can go to hell, planning lawsuits, and all sorts of junk.

What's worse is that his character came into question. A Christian man, a family man would not say and do some of the things that Manny has been saying and doing. He's had multiple extra-marital affairs, he has a love-child, he's been fraternizing with dirty, murderous politicians, and more. This is not the Manny that I thought I knew.

My only conclusion, like yours, is that Manny Pacquiao has something to hide and that something is PEDs.

    :good

    Agreed. :think

    :patsch

Thinking that Filipinos somehow have the monopoly on pride is ridiculously ignorant and a foolish argument at best. Where was the Filipino pride when Manny agreed to the testing initially?

Freddie said that they had agreed to the testing (0:42)

Where was that Filipino pride on December 13th?

How is Floyd Mayweather a scumbag? Because he talks trash? I dont like Malignaggi I would never call him a scumbag. Because he wears stupid **** in the ring and talks trash does not make a person a scumbag. I dont think a scumbag would be involved like Mayweather is involved even in his own hometown.

You ever notice that SOME non-blacks love to tell you racism doesn't exist and seem to think NOTHING is racist no matter how disrespectful and ignorant it is? What's with that and why shouldn't anyone think it might be racism?

T wouldn't count as a failed test. Even though it's random it doesn't mean they won't call pac, arum, roach or whoever. they know when to do it.

You also notice, when you meet a white person they always say their best friend is black.

I'm not calling him a thug but some of his behavior is thuggish. He's a very wealthy man but yet sometimes he feeds into that negative stereotype that some of us black man have to deal with.

But I must say that he has gotten alot better as he's gotten older.
