No you didn't. Which post did you answer the question in? No need for abuse or insults. Just the number of the post in which you answered the question. That's all we're asking.

    Over to you.

I will copy and paste. My answer to him.

Your point is so so stupid , you are saying that he was better in 1978 when he was older and weaker just because at that time he had longer fights than he had previously. It is like saying thay 70s Ali was better than a peak Ali 67 because he had better rivals in the 70s.it does not change the fact that he was younger and better physically in his younger days. Also in 1973 he did beat and broke the jaw to a very good version of ali. 73 -74 Ali was better than larry Holmes and Norton did beat him. You are talking about his fights with Ali in 1976 and quarry it happened 2 and 3 ****ing years before his fight with Holmes in 1978 ,he was not the same fighter so stop with your crap like if he was the same in 1975,76 and78. Plus quarry was a finished guy when Norton did beat him,Ali was not the guy of 1974 neither. keep debating like a boring stubborn
You don't need to be too smart to understand my point.(even with my"great" English) .

Im few words.. He is saying that norton was better in 1978(when he was older and phyically weaker) than he was im 1973 and 74 and his argument is that years before he looked good against ali in 1976, quarry in the 1975 and a sd against norton in 1977(young won).
    It is simply trash....

An athlete always always is better in his younger days. Added to this fact he did great against ali in Ali1973.

Norton in 1978 went to the wire vs Holmes a consensus top 10 ATG having enjoyed a good confidence building run of form in the years prior to that. In 1974, he was kayoed in 2 by Foreman.

Hegrant has stated that he feels the 78 version of Norton was better than the 74 version, a statement which the evidence strongly supports.

All you have said is that he looked good in 1973 against Ali and that he was weaker in 1978, a statement that you can't prove. Who says he was weaker? For some men, strength peaks in their late 30s. There is no evidence to suggest that Norton was weaker in 1978. There is evidence to suggest that he was mentally stronger in 78, going 15 hard rounds.

    Try again.

It's the first time I've ever heard it.
Norton's prime ended in Sept. 1976 at the very latest. I think the decision in the 3rd Ali fight took something out of him mentally certainly.
His real prime was 1973 probably. A hungry fighter.
