I carry the weight well when people ask what weight i am they think 11 stone but i dunno i fluctuate around 12 stone to 13. Even when i boxed i was chunky bit like Bellew when he was a amateur.

Started to go gym as of this week so should get back down to decent weight i'm lucky i can lose it pretty quickly.

 

I'm the opposite mate. I'm thin boned, even an extra few pounds makes me look like a pot bellied pig!!:roll:

 

5'10 (I think) and 170. Couldn't be described as ripped just yet, maybe a few months and I'll get there.

For some reason i carry lot of the weight on my back and not gut. I'm broad across shoulders so it evens out which is a blessing but when i'm work i've started to feel it. Especially doing soccer schools in summer i gotta lose these extra pounds asap! cos i **** sweat more then anyone i know and gets embarrassing.

 

As opposed to landing 0 punches? Yes.

 

I can have a fry up 4 breakfast, steak for lunch & a roast dinner plus 10pints of guiness a day & still wont put any weight on.

He probably trains weights.He most like does it properly,uses a good weight gets good tidy reps and concentrates on form,c.v. and diet.you dont have to be 200lb plus to look good.
