I agree, I think sweet pea could work with current pacmans speed and angles. Though he has to deal with high workrate and Pacmans willingness to trade damage to deliver damage. I believe sweet pea is also a southpaw, that could be a good reason that sweet pea edges it out.

Pea would barely lose a round to Pac or Floyd. His jab alone would beat those guys hands down, let alone the rest of his attributes.

Floyd will avoid getting hit much more than Whitaker.
He would have a higher % landing punches, and would frustrate whitaker towards the end.
